Fishin' Hole

Fishin' Hole is a Game ported from the Stephen King book End of Watch. 

Just sit back and catch as many fish as you can. The more you can get in your net at a time, the more points they'll be worth! Catch the elusive UFO for even more points!

This game includes 5 game modes. You can play normally, on a harder mode, a practice mode,  you can play basketball with a fish, or even as a fish. End of Watch only talked about the demo for the most part so I got a lot of creative freedom here!

This is a functioning ROM file. It works on Gameboy and Gameboy Color with full support for color. It also works with save files so your scores are safe forever! If you want the ROM without the spookier elements then I've included a second option for that as well. 

While the normal game was on an android-like tablet, I elected to port it to Gameboy simply because it sounded more fun that way. There was a Gameboy port mentioned in the book (See: the pictures) so this is basically THAT port except with all of the weird stuff added to the post-mortem zappit port added because what would be the point of making this otherwise? I hope someone else out there enjoys the fact that this exists as much as I do!

Drozerix - Wrote Bubble Machine, the song that plays during the main game, hard mode, and practice. According to the StephenKing.com End of Watch trivia game this is also the official song that plays during these levels. They even went so far as to remake the music to work on Gameboy for me when I reached out to them which was so fucking awesome. Super cool and integral to this project!
